Kris Humphries' lawyer engineered a sneak attack by trying to serve a subpoena on Kayne West by putting it in a Nordstrom box and sending it to Kim Kardashian's house. Kim's lawyer, disso queen Laura Wasser, told the judge in the divorce case about the ploy during a hearing that is still going on. Wasser groused to the judge ...Kim has already racked up $250,000 in attorney's fees, yet it's unclear exactly what Kris wants out of this. Wasser said she's heard the reports that Kris and his lawyers want to put reality TV on trial, and there seems to be evidence to back that up. Wasser noted that Kris has served Kris Jenner with a subpoena and NBC Universal and Bunim Murray, which producers the Kardashian's reality shows.  On a recent outing in Malibu reality star Kim Kardashian showed off her enviable curves in a strappy bikini while she relaxed with PR guru and best friend Jonathan Cheban. According to a close friend of Kim's told the National Enquirer how the buxom brunette has toned her body recently.

"We jokingly refer to it as the sex diet. When one of us is having regular sex, that tends to burn calories and kill the appetite. Losing seven pounds in seven days means being a very naughty girl." 

Regardless of how she got the curves it seems that Kim is completely comfortable in her skin, something the source said was courtesy of Kanye's constant encouragement.

"Kanye loves her curves and has told her repeatedly that she shouldn't get too skinny. He's always encouraging her just to be happy and healthy and do things for herself and not give in to peer pressure, which is why he doesn't think she should lose weight. Kim was speechless, especially when he told her he missed her love handles. Kanye can't understand why she has lost weight when she knows it's not the look he likes. He thinks Kim should be doing everything to please him - not herself."
